Thyroid Clinic to be held on Wednesday May 28th (one hour after judging is complete)
Eye Clinic to be held Thursday May 29th, between 7am and 2:15pm
Plans are underway for the Jane Gavin Health Clinic & the Wendy & Matt Czarnecki Thyroid Clinic in Logan, UT on May 27th. Help is always needed for this clinic. If you are able to help, please send an email to Jeanine Wilson at sunrunnerirish@gmail.com.
We will offer:
- Free thyroid testing via Michigan State University, as well as paid thyroid testing for those who do not wish to reveal the results via OFA
- Titer testing via University of Wisconsin
- Orivet Genetics will be running our samples for PRA rcd-1 and rcd-4 and CLAD. There is also the option for their Irish Setter panel at a discounted price, which includes DM (degenerative myelopathy) and von Willebrand disease type

EYE CLINIC:
The Eye Clinic will be on Thursday May 28th. You must sign up in advance, we cannot take walk-ins. All dogs will need to be signed up at OFA prior to signing up for an Eye Appointment. Having your dog's record of testing at OFA is not enough. You must go to their site and sign up for this clinic and receive a unique code. See the instructions for how to sign up at OFA.
